Fritton Lake Triathlon Weekend 2012

We will be at Fritton Lake this weekend 16th / 17th June for Active Outdoor Sports to cover the
Fritton Lake Triathlon Weekend.

On Saturday is the Sprint Tri starting at 08.30hrs and the Super Sprint Tri at 15.00hrs
On Sunday the Olympic Tri takes place starting at 08.30hrs

East Coast Triathlon 2012

This is a Super Sprint triathlon held in the well known holiday resort of Great Yarmouth on the East Coast, and will be held at the town’s Marina Centre.
Swim – 250m (pool)
Cycle – 16km
Run – 3km

Norfolk Hospital Relay Adventure Race 2012

Sunday 1st April

There is no jokes or fools here.
On Sunday we will be covering two events
We will be covering The Gauntlet at Bures Pit Essex CO8 5DH for the Mucky Races team of Ian and Toby with a race start time of 11.00hrs.

We are also covering the Tri-Anglia Diss Duathlon. This will be the first race that we have covered for Tri-Anglia but with a great schedule of events planed we should see you at one of them. The Start time for this race is 09.30hrs from Diss High School.
